A computer that is slow, unstable, or unable to start can interrupt work and personal tasks. We diagnose the cause before recommending parts or major repairs. Common issues include failing storage drives, insufficient memory, damaged Windows files, unwanted software, overheating, and update failures.
On-site and remote service
Many software, email, printer, and configuration problems can be handled remotely. Hardware failures, networking problems, and installations are usually better handled on site. CSI will recommend the most practical service method for the problem.
Clear recommendations before repair
You receive a straightforward explanation of the problem and practical options. When replacement is more economical than repair, we will say so rather than recommending unnecessary work.
