Problems suited for remote support
Remote service works well when the computer can start and has a working internet connection. Typical requests include software errors, email setup, browser problems, printer configuration, slow performance, updates, and general computer guidance.
When on-site service is better
Physical hardware failures, no-power conditions, failed internet service, cabling work, and some network problems require an on-site visit. CSI will advise you when remote support is not the appropriate option.
Secure access with your permission
A remote session begins only after you approve the connection. You can see the work being performed and end the session. Access is not left enabled after the service session unless a separate arrangement is explicitly made.
